Privacy notice

Who we are. Launch & Grow is a service of Kayode Okunola & Co. Engagements are contracted by Kayode Okunola & Co. Contact: WhatsApp +234 808 718 3003.

What we collect. Your name, email address and WhatsApp number; your answers to a check and its result; the details of any enquiry; the link you came from; and a one-way scrambled form of your internet address, used only to stop abuse. We never ask for or store government ID numbers, bank account numbers or passwords.

Why. To send you the result you asked for and to contact you about it by email and WhatsApp. The legal basis is your consent under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, given when you submit a form.

Where it is stored. In our database hosted in London, United Kingdom, and in our customer management system (GoHighLevel), hosted in the United States. These transfers outside Nigeria are made with the safeguards the Act requires.

Counting visits. This site uses Google Analytics to count visits, see which pages are read and where visitors came from. Google receives the page address, your browser and device details and your approximate location, and sets a cookie to recognise a returning visit; this data is held by Google, including in the United States. We do not send Google your name, contact details, answers or result. You can block it with Google's opt-out browser add-on or your browser's cookie settings.

Advertising measurement. This site uses Meta's pixel to see whether our adverts on Facebook and Instagram lead to enquiries. Meta receives the page address, your browser and device details and a cookie identifier, and, when you submit a form, a one-way scrambled form of your email address and WhatsApp number so it can match the enquiry to an advert; this data is held by Meta, including in the United States. We do not send Meta your name, answers or result. You can block it in your browser's cookie settings or your Facebook ad preferences.

How long. Two years from our last contact with you, then deleted.

Your rights. You may ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent at any time, by messaging us on WhatsApp on +234 808 718 3003 or replying STOP to any message.
